Good Hotel, Minor Issues

Murat helped me with my luggage, it was really appreciated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast offered standard fare, I believe service near the swimming pool area can improve.
The shower leaked water onto the floor, I noticed everything was wet after a while.

The fitness center features several machines. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The indoor pool area includes approximately twenty loungers, there is also a shaded area.

the hotel was clean. my premium room balcony garden view had a lovely balcony view of the garden, really nice. the staff was very helpful especially sezer demirtas. he made our trip special through his professional and friendly service
the hallway doors slammed loudly, and this disturbed me during the night. the room was a bit noisy in general.

i was expecting the usual high standards from this hotel, but it really missed the mark. the hotel felt dated. and in desperate need of some updates. we had visible mold in the bathrooms, quite frustrating.

The curtain in the room was too short. It failed to block out light completely. the fridge made a noticeable noise, it was quite bothersome. hallway doors slammed loudly. This was disturbing during the night.

I found the reception and concierge staff was very good. Murat, the concierge, was helpful to me. He showed kindness. The pool was big.
The shower leaked water. The floor was wet because of this. The cold water in the jacuzzi did not work, therefore I could not take a bath. Food took a long time in the restaurant. The taste did not justify the high prices.

The breakfast buffet had a great array of items and I especially enjoyed the local honey and fresh cheeses. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind (Gamze was particularly amazing!).
The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, requiring taxi or Uber rides.
